I really enjoyed the article you linked, and something clicked for me (gotta love that): I need this for my next adventure, the half marathon I just registered to do in May. Yes, I am nuts. However - if that (I am nuts) is the affirmation I keep on using, how successful do you think I'll be. Yeah, uh huh. I need new affirmations because I am totally out of my league here, but I know I can be ready. My longest run was 11 miles, and I routinely do 5 or 6. I need to get my routine run much higher, and am developing a plan now. This article will really help me train my head. So, really, thankyou!
