Dena passed the GACE (Ga. Assessment for the Certification of Educators).
Now she can apply to the Georgia TAPP program (Teacher Alternative Preparation Program) if she gets offered a teaching position somewhere.
She wants to teach kindergarten.

It is very confusing to me but she says that she has to be offered a teaching job before she can get into TAPP. Then she will have a provisional teaching certificate during the two years she is taking TAPP classes. She will earn a beginning teachers salary (with benefits) during that time.

Congrats to Dena!

Jill

I have no specific goal(s) right now. I am trying to find the spiritual side of myself that I lost somewhere along the way.

Yay!

Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.

Cool!

Out of our beliefs are born deeds; out of our deeds we form habits; out of our habits grows our character; and on our character we build our destiny.
