I got a subscription offer from the Center for Sceince in the Public Interest. Normally, I chuck such advertisements, but this one caught my interest, as they had some good info in it. They listed the "10 foods you should never eat". I basically knew this, but it reminded me how much junk is truly out there. I also liked the "ten super foods you should eat". It listed them, and the reasons for eating them.
I have still been going back and forth between ways of eating, trying to figure out what to do, what will work, and so on. I realized much of my weight gain over Turkey day was water/bloat, and that is more or less gone. But, I do need to get back on track eating/exercise wise. I have been way to liberal lately about what I am eating, the treats in the office, and so on. I need to craft something that will work for ME. Yet, I am terrible at doing any kind of unstructured diet. I guess they key is to watch portions, and get back to baby stepping bad foods out of my diet, and good ones in.
