We are going to Alabama for the weekend. There is supposed to be an indian pow wow in my hometown but I haven't seen it advertised in their paper. Plus, we will be putting flowers on graves of my grandparents & dh for Decoration Day next week.
We are meeting a bunch of my cousins for dinner on Saturday night. It started out as an impromptu meal while we were in town but apparently grown into a major deal. One cousin is coming from Missiasippi and another from south Alabama.

The indian festival almost got rained out but the weather finally cleared around noon. Unfortunately we were unable to hang around long enough in the afternoon to see any dancing.
I bought a hand made poncho. I will post a photo later.

Goals: 1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire. 2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy. 3. One word 2008: courage 4. Eat slow and mindfully.
