I hope that everyone had a great day!

Out of our beliefs are born deeds; out of our deeds we form habits; out of our habits grows our character; and on our character we build our destiny.

Merry Christmas from me, too!

Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.

Merry Christmas to all...blessed tidings of the season.

Christmas is tough and I think with each year it gets tougher. I've always been uncomfortable about Christmas, being somewhat of a private person, I like to express my religious ideas and beliefs in private. This is a very public holiday. Ho Ho Ho and all that. BUT, there are those who enjoy the season, enjoy the gift giving, and receiving, so I won't be a downer to them.

May your wishes and dreams come true for Christmas and beyond. Stay well and safe.

It's never too late to get it right.

Thank you Isabel! And Happy Birthday to you! I am spending Christmas first with my bf's family and then going to my sisters.

Merry Christmas! The reason I was up past midnight was because I procrastinated and was wrapping gifts!!

You are not a wimp (what dd calls ME) because you stayed up past midnight to really bring in the 25th!

what are your plans today jill?

wishing you so much love in your life, peace in your heart, giggles in your belly, more bounce to the ounce, and yummy flavors dancing on your taste buds!

Goals:
1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire.
2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy.
3. One word 2008: courage
4. Eat slow and mindfully.
