Okay, I have no more excuses. I am feeling better and the remodeling on my house is done for now. Still a few minor projects, but they can wait till Spring.
What I need to do now is get myself in gear. I need to stay consistent with my exercise and eating. I will say my eating has really seen an improvement, but I can always add extra fruits and veggies and take away some unneeded junk!
My plan for this week is to workout 4 times. I will be doing WATP and step aerobics. I may get a pilates dvd this week too, we'll see. If it ever gets any warmer I may get some walks outside. Its in the 20's right now and will get down to about 14 or 15 tonight, ughhhh. Anyway, I always have indoor workouts.
As far as eating, I plan to keep eating healthfully and add more veggies and fruits. I will continue posting my food plan for the day.
I need to lose about 20 lbs. I don't want it to be fast, I want it to be slow so I can keep it off.
I had the same talk with myself last night. Sounds like you have a logical and doable plan!
I am going to try to up my workout to 50 min, but the kicker is I am going to break it up into 25 min. I might do one day 2 25 min. sessions in the AM, other days I might do one in the AM and the other in the afternoon.
