Thursday: 25 minutes fast walking on the treadmill.

Thursday: 1/2 hour Budokon(for those that never heard of it, this a combo of yoga, martial arts, meditation), and also 20 min The Firm Ab Sculpt.

I have no specific goal(s) right now. I am trying to find the spiritual side of myself that I lost somewhere along the way.

Wednesday 2 hours curling. I shot first so that meant I was sweeping the most. Ouch my arms are a bit sore.
