"Suceed. Because you have the opportunity to do so."

Wow! So much of the consequences in our lives are all based on our daily choices. Each new day we are given a brand new opportunity to accomplish something....whatever it may be. I have the opportunity to succeed every day depending on the goals and choices I set for myself. So what are my goals for today? What do I want to accomplish?

Today, I want to do my crunches, plan and cook dinner at HOME tonight and include a salad with a homemade dressing. I want to unpack 2 boxes and gather extra clothing to give to charity. Plan to suceed at something worthwhile today!!! Smiler

plan: walk 2 miles... functional fitness: chase DS at the museum, stay away from the nibbles of pretzels and other DS snacks. (already broke that but I can start again at this moment.)

Week 1 goals:

1) eat chips minimally and mindfully
2) walk 2X / week
3) drink the H2O

what an incredibly relevant final thought for me at this moment! thanks steph!


Goals:
1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire.
2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy.
3. One word 2008: courage
4. Eat slow and mindfully.
