Side Note: I almost hesitate to embarass myself by mentioning this but you guys may remember that, many moons ago, I bought a Reebok aerobic step and, while playing with it the first day, got it up to the top (highest) level and couldn't get it down. Being 4'6", there was no way I was getting any use out of it that. Laura tried to help me, as she had had the same problem with hers, but I just couldn't manage to get it down no matter how hard I tried. Finally, after 2 visits by guy friends where I forgot to ask for help, I FINALLY remembered a week or so ago to ask while they were here. Don't you know that Danny fixed it, by himself, in under 5 minutes? ARGH! Sometimes I hate being a girl. LOL

Yup, you get both Calorie Points and Character Points! (Doggies First!)
I thought I knew "my park" like the back of my hand, but got turned around the other day. I confidently reached into my pack for my compass - Ooops it was at home.
I plan to walk to get groceries instead of taking the bus, get on the treadmill at least 3x this week, my ex bike a couple times this week ... and do my weights at home.
OH! That reminds me (thanks)..have to call the Y to make an appt for someone to show me how to do the weight machines and such. I don't want poor posture or anything , so I'm getting shown how to do it right! Calling right now (ok...Wed at 4 it is!)
