CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! Awesome reward too : )

I weighed in today and was the same from last week - which is fine. My husbands birthdy was last week and I was WAY off track. I was happy to be the same this week.

I chose not to weigh in today. Why? Because I know had I weighed in , I would have spiraled into a depression again. I know that I have lost, things are fitting better, I am walking around then block rather than to the end of the block. My attitude is good, but I just didn't want or need to WI today and face that black box. I have made a pact with myself to go to a meeting on Saturday, and wi there for the week. That also means my next week will be shorter...but that's okay. It is a healthy choice I made for myself. And if I make the healthiest choices possible for me at the time, I am doing well.

I am up 2lbs. this week.I have been really stressed and I have alot of water retention. I am going to start back to the YMCA next week since school will be back in secession.
Congratulations to all the big losers! And Congrats to those who gained, we learn by gaining too. I don't weigh in until Thursday and don't get on the scale but that once a week. ICK! I hate this time of the week. But, we do what we have to do. Great week, my friends.

Up two pounds, but all of it makes sense. Getting fewer workouts now that I'm working more, and my injury lost me two days I would have used. Hey, it's ok, I'm not freaking out. Much

Up a pound, but between eating out yesterday and water retention anyway I guess I was doomed. I'm focusing on sneaking in an extra day of exercise that I don't normally get. So, it's all good.
Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.
Congrats Jen! I'm up a pound, blah. I really want to blame it on water retention, and this dreadful heat, but I have to be honest with myself...I have not been eatly cleanly the past few days, and I think it is catching up with me. This next week isn't going to be easy either as I am traveling this weekend.

Both before and after last week's weigh-in, I was down in the 160s. But I had a housewarming BBQ for a close friend who moved into my building on Saturday and I ate chips and a burger and baked beans and the sodium sent me right back up again.
