Hey everyone! I just wanted to share my proud moment I had with myself this morning. In a few hours my fiance and I are leaving to go out of town to see his family this weekend. I have had a wonderful workout week and took yesterday off. I had on my to-do list for tomorrow to go walking with him, but didn't mentally know when I would today.

We got up pretty early this morning to do a few things around the house, but before I got into my "chores" I decided to put on my workout clothes and take a nice morning walk.

It worked out perfectly and got some fresh air in me!

On a side note, it sounds like we are all having proud moments with our baby steps and positive support we get on here! Keep it up team!

Way to go, Steph! I know first-hand from my recent vacation how hard it is to make time for exercise when you're rushing to get ready for a vacation or trip. Good going!


Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08:
1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week.
2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings.
3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.
