I'm thinking about buying a scale. I'd like to be able to weight myself at a more consistent time than I have been. Any recommendations for a good brand?
Also, for the ones that do body fat, how accurate are those?

I bought a Tanita from amazon.com a few months ago. It's the one that stores weight/bodyfat data for two people, has a digital readout, and also has a button for when you just want to get a quick weight check w/o the bodyfat part.

The most accurte scale (that I am aware of) is a "doctor's scale." This is the kind with a weight that you slide back and forth. We have this type and I have always found it to me totally consitent.
I think the digital scales are more accurate than the dial kind. I just got a cheapie at Target and it is as accurate as the scales at WW. I think it's a Fischer. Make sure it's on a hard, flat, level surface.

I suspect that the body fat percentage function is reasonably accurate, but not perfect. I like the fact that when my weight stabilizes, I still will get "credit" for adding muscle.
Tanita is the brand used by the Dr. Phil folks. If memory serves, they got to use a super fancy model with a paper print out.
