Sunday: Turbo Jam Learn & Burn (20-25 mins.)

1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week.
2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings.
3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.

Saturday: Powerwalk w/jogging sprints (75 mins., 7182 steps)

What a BEAUTIFUL spring day! At first, I worried that it would be too hot because the sun was REALLY broiling on my patio but, once I got out and moving, there was a nice breeze, esp. in the shade. I purposely chose my shadier route so that I wouldn't have to walk most of the time in full sunlight. Exquisite! Smiler

Even more positive news, GF is interested in enrolling herself and DSS along with me in "family" karate when we find a good dojo down in Phoenix.

Tuesday: 2 hours of karate.

I am now officially a yellow belt. Big Grin

I probably won't have much time to exercise the rest of the week.

I need to finish packing, and we move Saturday. I'm sure hefting all those boxes will burn plenty of calories.

A little more than 2 miles of the 4-mile WATP Super Challenge (35 mins.)

I have been sore for days now and it feels GREAT! It's the kind of muscular soreness that lets you know you worked out hard but isn't so sore that it's debilitating. I was sore in the glutes and hams from Saturday night's Stability Ball workout (first time with that workout), then sore in the hams and inner thighs from Monday's kickboxing workout and today sore through the lats, delts and triceps from yesterday's weight training workout. Yea! Smiler

Monday-40+ min. walk with dog

Tuesday-I DID it... I got myself to the gym EARLY and did 15 min. on the elliptical and 10 on the bike. Smiler YEEAAA!!!
