I've had another sucky/great day but great definately out did sucky! I went back to the dr. and she said that my original back injury has heeled. Problem is that my back is still very weak so I keep reinjurying it a little every couple of days. However she has moved my restrictions from 20lbs. to 30lbs. and is setting my up with a physical therapist. She's an occupational health dr. so I think that's why she as waited 3 weeks to send me to a PT but I'm so happy about it I almost don't care. Smiler

Dh has had chronic back pain for decades- He saw a PT some months ago and learned so much about strengthening his back and stretching in very specific ways. He is mostly pain free, stronger and happier.
I am amazed at the difference pt has made.
Remember... you have to do the pt exercises for them to work.
