Ok I know there are several of us traveling between both forums. a few of us have different names on each, so I thought a quick list of who's here would make it easier for everyone as they pop over.
On the other one I was Scotas, here I am Laurie Who else has changed their names?
There is no luckexcept where there is dicipline.

Swimmer Bill!
You may not see me too much on either forum these days, but I'm out here, living life to the fullest, being healthy, and cooking thin!! I have continued to maintain the 70 lb. weight loss for the last 18 months. I went from a 42 waist to a 34, and have held on to that 34 ever since. Now I'm selling all my old "fat boy" clothes on eBay and making enough money to buy some new clothes. I'm really loving life!!
Cheers!! SB
So glad to see you around here SB!!!!! Hey, do you know where Roberta is? I've tried emailing her a couple of times, and she hasn't responded
Blessings,
Lori

Sorry guys, but my computer keyboard is acting up. My 1-4 keys on the typing side are not working, so I'm missing a few characters and couldn't register. I've been here for a while.
KD,
Glad to see the site. I was worried that they would pull the forum if the show didn't continue.
It's GREAT

Hi! I have posted a few times on the other board under the same name. I have promised myself that I'm going to be more active in participating in this board.
I have been living my new "life-style" for about 6 weeks now and am not sure how much I've lost, but I've went down an entire pant size already. My problem is that I haven't been eating enough. For example, I calculated what I will be eating today and it's not even 800 calories. I need to add some chicken to my daily salad perhaps, because I'm not getting enough protein. I know I need to force myself to eat more, but honestly, I do feel full!
I've babbled enough. I love this new forum. Thanks KD for being there for us!
Lori4squaremom on both forums, my name is Lori, and I am mom to 4 kids (my husband made up the name 4squaremom) I really want to try to catch up on this board today SO MANY great posts so far, I'm starting at the bottom and working my way up
Blessings,
Lori
