How'd every one make out over the holidays?

I'm in range but at the upper limit.

The only good news about having surgery on New Year's eve is not having to worry about any more heavy meals : )

Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.

I just spent two days at the ILs, with not a veggie in sight but lots of other food. On Xmas Day I was still good but right now I'm not sure. Tomorrow am is damage assessment when I get on my scale. I do know their food is higher in sodium than what I usually eat, so anything's possible.

Edited to add: Thu am weigh-in: One up from lowest but still standard - no gain yet!

I did well, only gained .2 on the WW scale, but I feel as if I gained much more than that....


Summer Challenge Goals:

1. Get out of the house and in the pool four days a week.
2. Schedule meals a week at a time.
3. five fruits and vegetables a day, along with water.
