Weekends are generally easier than work days for me. Here's my plan today: E: body pump- done B: cereal and skim milk- done L: salad and leftovers S: milk tea D: the last of the leftovers!
i had a generally good day which i ended with a slice of apple cake and half a brownie. overall, i feel pretty good. i ran in 20 degree weather this morning. 55 minutes. then then some weights at home. i am pretty exhausted. i think the extremem cold weather makes your body work harder.
i plan to go to the gym sunday, and hopefully, this will allow me to make monday a light exercise day. i have not had a recovery day since 3 tuesdays ago.
Goals: 1. Enjoy life! 2. Be aware, be awake, pay attention. 3. One word 2010: faith
