Today: 159.4-6

I've had two losses of around 5 pounds each in the past 1 1/2 months from things other than my intentional weight loss. In late January, I lost 4-5 pounds over the weekend of my move from all the physical activity. I kept it all off for a few weeks but eventually gained a couple pounds of it back.

In the past 2 weeks of being sick, I lost another 4-6 pounds. The lowest weight while I was sick that I know of (I wasn't getting on the scale regularly during the worst of it) was 157.8 last Friday. I about fell off the scale to see myself under 160! This past week, I've been hovering in the mid-159s.

Not the recommended methods of weight loss, to be sure, but it is definitely nice to be seeing lower numbers on the scale these days! Only 1 1/2 months ago, I was struggling to get down from the upper 160s!

Goals:
1. Exercise-Cardio: 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week.
2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: 1-2 weight plus 1 toning workout per week.
3. Food: Increase veggie servings back to where they were.
4. Behavior: Reduce sweets.

I was 140.6# on my first of the month weigh-in , which is just barely within range.

I was 142.2# last year on that date.

195.0 because I ate really salty soup for lunch and dinner involved soy sauce. Despite knowing better. But still lower than last week.

I'm slightly up this week but it's that TOM and I'm retaining water something fierce.

I'm not concerned ; )

I'm the same as I've been for weeks, which is good or bad depending on how you look at it.

Sheri-woohoo!!! It stinks that you were sick for two weeks but wow-back in the 150's!!!!

Oh, yeah. It's is wednesday, isn't it Wink.

I am at 205.4 (again) this morning.

I don't see me getting below 200 by Tuesday, My doctor will be happy with what I have lost in the past year anyway.
