I wasn't clear if you were more looking for something to do at the Y or at home, but you may want to take a look at my review of the Tamilee Webb DVD "I Want That Body!" here on the board. It has 2 ab workouts, each 15 minutes, that are challenging but get results. It also includes buns and arms workouts.

Unfortunately I'm related to two of those lucky women who do have perfectly flat stomachs even after kids - my mom and sil. Too bad I'm built like my dad : (

I think that a totally flat tummy is only obtainable with surgery.
Only supermodels and actress have them... and then only after surgery and airbrushing.

Mary Jo - I do lots of abs and core exercises and I don't have a flat tummy. Too many stretch marks, babies back to back and my weight loss have created loose skin that will not go away unless I have a visit with a surgeon.
Genetics plays a part too and unfortunately, you can do ab work until the cows come home and you still cannot spot reduce.
Having strong abs though is way more important for your stability, balance, etc... than having a perfectly flat stomach so it is worth doing ab work consistently.
What I did in the beginning consisted of lots of leg raises (which puts a fair amount of pressure on your lower back so I wouldn't recommend it if you have back issues), lots of pilates type work and crunches.
Now my ab routine is much more advanced. I do standing crunches with a lat pull down machine, hanging leg raises with weights, tons of stuff with the ab wheel (pike type stuff), weighted incline situps, bosu ball work, etc...
Anything that requires lots of balance will activate the core stabilizer muscles so I incorporate that into all my workouts as well.
