Well, I am in Michigan...got here yesterday. My stuff should be here Tuesday or Wed. Kinda weird really....I did not even see him yesterday, he came by to get a few things, as he now has his apt. He will be coming by periodically over the next couple of weeks to do work on the house he said he would do. Of course, now he is hedging on some of the things, like running the cable to the sunroom, putting in new sink hardware in the kitchen, painting the basement, doing some of the ceiling fans. I guess I will have to get people out here to do that stuff!!
I am sure he is gloating over my non-handiness and how much I had to depend on him for that. But heck, I think he will have a much tougher time doing the day to day stuff, based on how much of a mess this house is.....bills unopened, stuff like that. He may have been the handyman, but I definitely ran the household!! I will just do what I have to do I guess!!
We also will be discussing over the next few days money issues. I guess I will see if he is still wishy washy or not. I will let him know I spoke to an atty and what they told me and see what he says. I just hope he does not get upset. We are getting along fine and I want to keep it that way, but I also will fight to get what I deserve.
Send good thoughts my way please

I'm glad you're in Michigan safely, Robin. My best to you in settling into the new house and in finding as peaceful a resolution to your marriage as is possible so that your children can enjoy time with both parents without having a lot of added stress.
