What exercises are people planning/doing this week?

Tues: Swam 700 m. (first time in the pool in a LONG time)

Sat: Swam 1500 m (1000 nonstop)

I forgot to post too!

Monday's walk was posted in last week's thread as this one wasn't up yet.

Tuesday, I did 15 minutes of weights (Tamilee Webb DVD).

Thursday, I did 15 minutes of Tai Chi (Scott Cole DVD).


Goals for March:
1. Get some art up on the walls.
2. Do at least 1 day of intentional exercise a week (to start).

I have not been slacking this week, I just forgot to post.

Wednesday 1 hour water aerobics, and 1 hour of yoga.
Thursday 1 hour water aerobics.
Friday 1 hour water aerobics.

Wednesday: 1.5 miles lawn mowing.

Friday: 5.0 miles walking in the park.

Between the two, 135 miles this year.
