For some reason I have really gotten myself back into starting my day with a workout before I can take of any thing else. The biggest benefit is less stress just knowing that I have that off my daily to do list and my attitude reflects that.

Today is going to be a ME day. I have planned all around things I LOVE. I am going to a movie by myself, getting some shopping in for me, and meeting a friend at a SUSHI place I happen to love.

So before I could offically start this day, I knew I wanted to kick off in MY kind of style. I went to the gym and had an incredible workout. I really have not felt this great in a while. I did 15 min. on and off with running. That really did get me in a great way, but then I moved to the elliptical for another 15.

I have to say with the elliptical, I was not sure if I would make it to 15. BUt, thank you Iggy Pop (my IPod's name) for providing me with great music to push to where I wanted to go.

Every so often it is nice to put a whole day's agenda about yourself. I really can't wait for the rest of my day.

Hope you all can do something today JUST FOR YOU!

"There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as if everything is." Albert Einstein

Daily to do: Drink plenty of water & take vitamins

Good for you Steph! Sounds like a great new habit and what a wonderful day you have planned!

Out of our beliefs are born deeds; out of our deeds we form habits; out of our habits grows our character; and on our character we build our destiny.

Don't you love ME days? There should be a law that says women deserve "Me days" once a month.
We work for it, we deserve it. Enjoy your day!

It's never too late to get it right.
