Yeah... me too. It seems unrealistic.
Could the change of seasons be adding to water retention and higher weight? Are you enduring lots of heat?

I don't feel bloated at ALL! NO swelling. Rings are loose.
Change in scales? Scale malfunctioning?
LOLOL! No. I checked that today. Was 129 at home and 130 at WW'ers scale. I think that being off one pound is pretty good.
Constipated?
Nope! Everything's working fine!

I was sort of disapointed with the 30% body fat DEXA test, as I DO have a lot of muscle definition.
I just have to get myself on track 110% for a full month or 8 or 12 weeks. That is probably all there is to it.
