Less than two weeks to go in the September Challenge. This is my last week to train for Sunday's race so I'm going to run every day until Friday. Then I'll take Saturday off.
Staying within calorie limits continues to be the real challenge. Must eat more slowly and mindfully; lock in that habit this week.
I'm still feeling under the weather but better. I managed a 3 mile walk this morning and 15 minutes of cardio boxing. I was hoping for 30 minutes but that was all I could manage.
I'm focusing on working fruits and veggies back into my diet as I was eating lots of carbs last week when I was sicker.
