I only logged 9.34 miles this week Frowner


1. do 4 laps on walking track without "resting"
2. do 1 mile (17laps) in 20 minutes (3miles per hour)

I wasn't very good about tracking my "mileage" this week, but I think I can safely defend about 15 miles' worth.
