Well, all I have wanted to do all day is NOTHING, but I think my body had a different agenda.
On my to do list was going to Yoga class, but before that I asked DH if he wanted to take a walk with me and the dog. And we did--it is SO grey and yuck out, but we did it.
Then again I felt like doing nothing. But, all the excuses came in why I did not need to go to Yoga. Then I finally just said---this is for you and it will make you feel good---I swear right after that I grabbed my purse and went.

Goals: 1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire. 2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy. 3. One word 2008: courage 4. Eat slow and mindfully.
