I was 164.4 this morning, which is a pound down from my 3-pounds-up-after-the-PA-trip weight of last week but still 2 pounds up from where I was before the trip. The fluid appears to be gone, judging from my ankles, so I guess the rest decided to stick around.

Forgot (yeah right) to respond yesterday. Up 2 lbs out of the 3 I lost last week. Today down maybe one, which puts me at the same I've been for a long time.
I know where the pounds came from this time. Five days of pigging out

I am up 2 pounds. I have been working a lot and generally not giving the time and energy to clean eating and enough exercise and rest. Lori's post about this really spoke to me.
I logged all my food today and feel much more in control.
Edit: I just checked the calendar as I have been snacky and cranky. I am due for my period tomorrow-- that would account for some of the bloating and hunger and on and on and on. I hope that at least 1 of the 2 pounds is water weight.

I was up too, 1.6 since last week. I wasn't following my plan as carefully as I should, so I'm not surprised. Some might have been water, but there is also a lot of room for improvement there.

Forgot to weigh this a.m. as I was rushing to get to work and make the first shuttle to get into DC for a meeting.

Well, yesterday I was even with last week....155, this morning (and I did have a high sodium meal last night) I am 156. I'd suspect that tomorrow I'll be back to 155 or lower.
Blessings,
Lori

I'm up another pound altough I'm retaining water big time (rings are all tight). That puts me 3 pounds over range right now which isn't OK with me, which was the motivation behind today's homework assignment.
