Its week 14. I did my crunches. Hooray. Now, to really begin to make other small "baby step" changes. I'm focusing on drinking mainly water now. I'm going to begin buying skim milk once again. THe baby is almost 2 now and he is supposed to switch to skim at 2 because of his disorder. I'm also giving up the fast food burger....a habit I picked back up during my pregnancy 2 years ago. Little by little, changes will add up! So who is still with me in the daily crunches? Jump on in if you haven't before and join us. I know there are about 5 of you...are there any more?
