I don't know when I have had so much meat at one meal in forever .

Sunday Dena and I attended a gathering of Alton Brown fans. We had ribs, corned beef, brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. All prepared by a bbq guru.
There were other activities Friday night, Saturday, and Saturday night which we did not go to (we had other plans) and Monday morning some of us met at The Southern Skillet for breakfast.
There were 25 or 30 people there from 12 or 13 different states, most of whom had never actually met face to face before.

Friday night, Saturday night, Sunday night and most of Monday afternoon Dena & I worked in our garden.

My camera was on the fritz but here is a link to the picture thread on the Good Eats Fan Page. I am sure there will be more pictures posted by other attendees soon.

Not so much. Like Paula his recipes are not always the healthiest. I really enjoy the "food science" though.
