I've had two e-mails returned this morning - one was a response to yours. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not good at troubleshooting without seeing what you're doing, but have you tried simply making a new message instead of replying? Sometimes typing everything in helps.

I sent you an email with my other email address. Maybe that one will work for you.

You're not butting in. You're trying to help.

This was the exact thought I had at first. 1. I squinted a lot to make sure I had the proper number of "R"s. 2. That wouldn't make a difference in replying to one of her e-mails. I assume her computer knows it's own address.

Any other suggestions are welcome.

Sorry to but in but I find that if I am having mail returned from a valid address I have sometimes made the tiny winyest of typo's.

Tried it. Still get them returned!

I don't know. Try rebooting the puter.
