According to Fitday.
Calories consumed: 1609
Calories burned: 3016

Square danced for 2 1/2 hours today. I think the walking is paying off because I did not seem to get as out of breath as usual and I was not so exhausted that all I wanted to do was go to bed when I got home.


1. do 4 laps on walking track without "resting"
2. do 1 mile (17laps) in 20 minutes (3miles per hour)
