Still at 197 this morning Big Grin

I joined Curves 1 year ago yesterday.

7-10-07....................7-10-08
Bust 46.......................44.25...............-1.75in
Waist 40.50................39.50...............-1.00in
Abs 50........................44.25...............-5.75in
Hips 49.......................44.25...............-4.75in
Arms 13.5.................. 13.00...............-1.00in
Weight 222...................197..................-25 lbs for the year!!

Body Fat% 49.5%............46.90% (using handheld device)

The hydro test I had on June 30 said 43%.


I think the inches lost should be a little higher because the girl who did the measuring yesterday did not pull the tape as tight as the one who did the measuring a year ago.

Congrats and Happy First Anniversary, Judy!

I just realized while I was out of town this weekend that I had an anniversary 2 weeks ago tomorrow--my 5-year journey anniversary.


Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08:
1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week.
2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings.
3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.

Judy-Very cool!

Isn't it nice to see it all broken down like that to see exactly what/where you lost? That is one thing I loved about Curves, the charts they would print out to show your progress.
