I forgot and took my meds this morning before weighing, so I'm going to use yesterday's weight of 164.4-6. I've been up over the entire long weekend from salt but I'm starting to worry that not all of it is fluid!

I haven't weighed in in two weeks. I am little more nervous today than usual. I haven't made bad choices, just not the most solid choices. So, I'll take what I get and move along!.

I think I've lost a new pound, but I'm not sure since I can't remember how much I weighed last week. Besides, this could simply be due to a stomach upset that's been bothering me for days now.
I'll do the happy dance next week if it looks like it's permanent AND I get my digestion in gear.
