I was 140.6# on my first of the month weigh-in , which is just barely within range. I was 142.2# last year on that date.
Goal: Stop stress snacking.

195.0 because I ate really salty soup for lunch and dinner involved soy sauce. Despite knowing better. But still lower than last week.
Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.

I have no specific goal(s) right now. I am trying to find the spiritual side of myself that I lost somewhere along the way.

Oh, yeah. It's is wednesday, isn't it  . I am at 205.4 (again) this morning. I don't see me getting below 200 by Tuesday, My doctor will be happy with what I have lost in the past year anyway.
