Wednesday: The Firm Cardio Sculpt-Done! I think I may be reaching a turning point in my dislike for exercise! Now, I don't want to speak to soon and jinx myself but last night I was thinking about this morning and actually looking forward to working out! Now, this morning while I was working out I kept thinking-UGH, is it almost over? But, recently I have not been feeling that horrible internal struggle over working out/not working out. And (and this is something that is HUGE for me because I have a mother and sister on anti-depressants/anti-anxiety meds and I can some days feel myself getting like that) I feel SO much better mentally after exercise. Even on my off days I feel better. So, my hope for now is that the emotional/mental side of feeling better keeps me going until I start seeing physical changes. Also, I have been faithfully watching the biggest loser and while at times that show really grates on me, it also motivates me. I look at these 200+ lb people and see just how hard they work and how much they challenge themselves and think-I can do that! Jill
