Hi Kathleen....or anyone else that has made these....
I was wondering, would fresh squeezed orange juice work for this recipe, or should I use the type I make from frozen concentrate? I wanted to make some of these tomorrow (on Monday) during my baking day.

Do you think I should reduce it to make it thicker? I'm going to be making these in the next couple of hours, so I"m really hoping to hear.....if not, then I'll just wing it and hope for the best. I'm not selling these this week...just making them to try out, but in the future, these may go on my "menu" of things to sell....
Yes, I am selling my homemade breads and things to friends and family that appreciate a good organic whole grain bread, but don't want to pay $5-6 a loaf for them! So far, it seems as though I'm going to be able to make enough $$ to pay for the ingredients for MY bread baking (for our family).....so that's a good thing I'm charging double what my ingredients actually cost me for the loaves of bread, so I think that I should be covering the cost each month for ALL of my baking which will be nice
