Does anyone have any ideas for what I could do with some ground lamb?

I was thinking of mixing it with some ground turkey breast and making some meatballs.

DH and I LOVE Medterrian foods, but I would love to hear any ideas you all have.

I have never tried it, but Martha has an interesting sounding Mini Greek Lamb Burger recipe.

I have two GREAT recipes for ground lamb. One is a recipe for "gyros", and the other is a Cooking Light recipe for ground lamb burgers and it has spinach and feta mixed in w/the lamb. They a wonderful!
