Just got myself a ball, and I already have a question! How do you know when it's fully inflated? I thought I was done pumping (that was a workout in itself) but when I sit on it, its squishes quite a lot. Should it be harder?

Thanks, gang!

Another way to judge is if you sit on it, your leg should be at a 90 degree angle at the knee. It takes a lot of air...

The best way to make sure that your ball is properly inflated is to take a tape measure around the circumference. That measurement should be the same as the size of your ball (there should be a size in inches or centimeters on the box somewhere).
