I'm a little late with this. Was 211 this morning but could not post from dd's apt. yet. We just came back here to get another load of stuff and check the computer.

I did not weight today as I it was a busy morning- way busy. Yesterday's weight still leaves me 1 pound above range. That is down 2 from last week. (I am sure that the restaurant meals made me retain water.) Obviously, though, I have pound of fat to lose. This week is on track.
167 - same as last week. Feeling awfully hormonal today, maybe that is impacting some, too, since the workouts are hard and regular. Pizza on Friday probably didn't help any tho.
Everything counts.

Whoops, this was supposed to be in the Biggest Loser thread:
The first week of a new program, most people will have their biggest losses, even if the program is healthy. And some of those guys were 3 and 400 pounds, so a big loss for them isn't as surprising. What shocked me more were the women who lost 20 or so pounds.
The producers may have encouraged a pig-out before the first weigh in to help boost the numbers. And these guys get to treat weight loss as a full-time job, which the rest of us can't really do.

Don't worry, it still may catch up with you...

90 day goal: 4 days of cardio, 3 days of strength training each week.
Would prefer it was going in the other direction (or at least staying the same) but I guess I should be happy that last Friday's Food Fest and the weekend's Carb Craziness didn't take a bigger toll.
Rest of Summer Goals: 1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week. 2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week. 3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were! 4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.

I maintained. I knew not to expect much because of my Brunchapalooza on Sunday. I am determined to stay on program this week and see a loss.
Watched "The Biggest Loser" premiere last night. Even though the numbers are crazy (they lost in a week the amount I want to lose total), the show seemed pretty good and I think it will be fun to see how everyone does.
