What exercises are people planning/doing this week?
Saturday 14th - Increase in weights on all Leg weight machines and 30 mins of Treadmill with incline
Heather Goodbye excuses!! Lets achieve those weight-loss goals!! 1. Exercise2-3 times a week

Sunday walked 5 miles.
Monday and Tuesday - took the day off
Wednesday - walked 3.5 miles
Thursday - walked a mile
Friday - Walking if the weather is nice
Saturday - Yoga (gonna test out the new yoga blocks I got
)

Thursday--30 cardio and weights

Tuesday: Bike, lower body workout on nautilus machines, elliptical
Wednesday: Bike, upper body workout, elliptical
Thursday: Elliptical, bike for about 40 min.
Friday: Cardio on bike or elliptical and total body workout.

Summer Challenge Goals: 1) Walk 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week 2) Plan weekly menus
Thursday: stomach vacuum, crunch, superman, reverse crunch, dumbbell RDL.
Sunday: 35-min. powerwalk while on vacation.
Monday: 1-hour powerwalk while on vacation (though about 15-20 mins of that was taking pictures down at the pier, which was the halfway point of my walk)
Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08: 1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week. 2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings. 3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.

Monday--10 min. on treadmill at 4.0 even did some running
20 min. on elliptical

Monday 1 hour water aerobics done. Monday pm plan 1 hour bellydancing class.
Sunday: stomach vacuum, crunch, superman, reverse crunch, dumbbell RDL.
Sunday---About a 3 mile walk at the park with dh and dog.
Monday--Plan on going to gym for elliptical
Tuesday--Plan on going to gym for pool laps
