I just sent back the initial paperwork about two weeks ago. They aren't the most quick people in the world, it took them several weeks to resend some paperwork that I accidentally threw away while "flying".

I've been contacted twice since the initial paperwork. The first time for more detailed information about my weight loss, eating and exercise habits. The second time it was for a bunch of surveys/questionnaires. Both contacts were soon after registering. I haven't heard from them since.
