Yep, it's Wednesday again. BUT this week I feel more confident that I have done the best things for me. I didn't overeat on Easter, I didn't have candy or sweets, I exercised at least five out of the seven days. The scale may not show it, but I feel better, and that's what counts.

Today, I'm at 162.6, which is down from last Wednesday's 163.4 but up from Monday's 161.8.
It sure was nice to see that 161 number again!
Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08: 1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week. 2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings. 3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.

I am godo with weight. As I said, I've worked hard to keep calories in line, but food choices need to improve- a lot.
Unfortunately, I feel like I'm in gain mode, because my exercise options are so limited, with my sore shoulder and back. Sorry if I'm sounding like a broken record, but it's really and truly frustrating me no end.
I got lucky -- despite my torrid interlude with peanut butter eggs and mashed potatoes this weekend, I lost 1.2 of the 2 pounds I gained. It's been up and down, with a gradual downward trend. I keep getting so close to that next decade, but not quite there yet.
