This morning - 128.5
Wednesday - 128

I did REALLY good the past two days. I'm not sure what the extra half a pound is from. I know that I didn't overeat at all. The only thing I can think is that the food had more sodium in it than I realized. Either way, I'm very happy with where I am at on the other side of Thanksgiving. How did all of you do?

Today was my first day back with a scale, and I was only up 1 lb. I'm not too upset by that as I know we ate out all day yesterday, and I wasn't drinking as much water as usual. So, I'm hopeful it is water weight.

Today was the first time I weighed all weekend.

Still at 213! Big Grin

Very surprised since I ate out a couple of times.

I'm up, too, about 1.5 pounds. But it's got to be water, since I was really good and kept up my workouts.

174.4-I'm actually down a little over 2 pounds!

Jill

I have no specific goal(s) right now. I am trying to find the spiritual side of myself that I lost somewhere along the way.

I'm up 1/2 a pound too after very clean days but I'm definitely retaining water as my ankles are swollen.
