I'm playing at the fair tonight. This really isn't a problem. I haven't eaten fair food... really ever. Since I'm not there to eat... it isn't an issue.
Got the "To Do Activity List" in Fitday, and breakfast, lunch and snacks...
Not sure what I'm having for dinner. I think I'll bake off some chicken.

I came in at 1647 calories eaten and about 2084 burned.
I really resisted going for a walk today... and then I got outside, and it was perfectly lovely day! I had been telling myself that it was probably too hot, or I didn't have time or I'll do it tomorrow. And then I realized that it was a gorgeous day.
I'd also been feeling sort of "deprived" and sorry for myself, and then I made a date on the calendar to get take out Indian... and felt IMMEDIATELY happy with my current plan.
Got home from band gig tonight at about 10:45pm and thought I would be hungry... but I'm not. Just tired.

I had another good day and stick to my plan. I get extra credit because I met a friend for lunch at a place where there was no way in heck I was going to get low fat or vegan. (Their "healthy special of the day" was taco salad with beef, cheese, iceburg in a fried shell.) So...I ate a veggie burger on ww bun before I got there and just ordered a green salad- no dressing with roll. My friend was obviously thrown a bit, but after I explained, she just let it go and we caught up with each other. It ended up being just fine. I ate the salad and a roll with no butter while she ate the meatloaf/potato dinner.
I was at 8% fat today. It's getting easier to hit the 7-10% fat mark.
