Just hoping that no one on the board is anywhere near the wildfires in the southwest. Looks incredibly scary on the news.

Here in Northern CA, we are keeping our fingers crossed that the current rain subsides without getting much heavier. We're still recovering from Friday night, when we got about 5 inches where I live. Thanks to DH's all-night vigilance keeping our drains clear and digging an emergency trench at 3 a.m., we had only a little seepage into our finished basement. But there's a lot of flooding nearby.

We haven't been getting any flooding... but we've been on the storm drain also.

We've had more wind damage... lots of tree limbs, etc.

If anybody has seen the Rose Parade... that is what it has looked like for a few days now... Rain falling both down and sideways.

Glad you are safe, Susan.

I don't know where you are in relation to Pasadena but I was just watching the live coverage of the Rose Parade and it was really coming down. Hope all goes well with you.
