This was an NSV because I hadn't done Tae-bo in months and yet it was easier to me than I ever remember it being before. In fact, I had stopped doing it in part because I felt like I was going to die every time I did it to the point that I would burst into tears when the cooldown music came on. So the fact that, today, it was just like any other workout was very good news!

Thurs 24th - Body Squat, Calf Raise, Chest Press, DB Bicep Curls, Lat Pulldown, Leg Curls, Low Back, Shoulder Press, Tricep Pushdowns as well as 30 mins treadmill at higher pace and incline
Didn't go on Tuesday..Had a serious Sinus Headache!

Sunday 1 hour bellydancing at the fair. 6 hours walking around the fair. .5 mile hike to the football game. .5 mile hike back from the football game. Monday exhausted. 1 hour water aerobics done. 1 hour bellydancing class planned.
