I have fallen WAY off the fly wagon since my return from Kauai and my place is looking pretty pathetic, esp. the livingroom. Saturday is forecast to be gray, rainy and chilly here, so I suppose I should take this opportunity to get my behind in gear and clean up a bit.
If I go to the gym, I'd be ready to fly in the vicinity of 12:30 or 1 p.m. Eastern. If I exercise at home, I'd be able to fly earlier, probably 10:30ish a.m. Eastern.
If anyone is interested, let me know. I'll IM ya when I seeya on Saturday.
Rest of Summer Goals: 1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week. 2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week. 3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were! 4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.

I will be around in the evening but during the day I will be at the apartment & the computer is no longer there
We are donating a lot of the furniture to a church charity so as not to have to store it & they are picking it up sometime between 9am & 2pm on Saturday. Plus, we still have a lot of boxing up of stuff dd did not take with her to be done. We have to be completely out by the end of April. Hopefully it will be sooner than that.

I have a few things to take care of in the morning but I am out the door for the rest of the weekend around 11:30 my time or so. If you decide to exercise at home in the morning, look for me when you log on. This will be good...will make me get my franny outta bed and actually deal with stuff before I leave.
