I forgot to post too! Monday's walk was posted in last week's thread as this one wasn't up yet. Tuesday, I did 15 minutes of weights (Tamilee Webb DVD). Thursday, I did 15 minutes of Tai Chi (Scott Cole DVD).
Rest of Summer Goals: 1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week. 2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week. 3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were! 4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.

I have not been slacking this week, I just forgot to post.
Wednesday 1 hour water aerobics, and 1 hour of yoga. Thursday 1 hour water aerobics. Friday 1 hour water aerobics.
