My laptop died today : ( The motherboard was replaced yesterday and the tech thinks that they installed a defective board. I'll have very limited computer time until it's fixed : (
There is a slim possibility that the part will come in tomorrow and get fixed in the afternoon but chances are that it won't be here until Monday.

I won't be on very much at all until it's fixed which sucks as I've had a serious case of the munchies today (probably because I started my day with a scone instead of something healthier). I ended up making airpopped popcorn after dinner to try to avoid doing worse damage and that seemed to work. I'm hitting the organic market tomorrow to stock back up on fruits and veggies which I'm running way low on (which also didn't help as there were very of my usual healthy snacks to grab today).

I'll be back as soon as I can!

Gotta love Dell - my lap top is already fixed! They ordered the replacement motherboard at 6 pm last night and it already arrived this morning and the tech was at my house by 3 pm.

I ended up having a good eating day today even without being able to log on earlier - I had a sprouted grain muffin for breakfast w/cream cheese and then went out to lunch with dd at the organic market's cafe. I had a cup of seafood chowder (manhattan style, no cream) and a salad, dressing on the side. For snack today I had 1/2 c of cereal and 1/2 c of raspberries and blueberries. Tonight, we're having salmon, wild rice and zucchini. I'm feeling back on track today especially after a good heavy lifting workout this morning : )
