The end of April is fast approaching. Any takers?
I'm out for May, it's time for someone else to have a spot.

Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08: 1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week. 2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings. 3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.

I haven't been a captain for a while. I'll take Mondays (unless we have a rush of newbies wanting to give it a go -- then I will happily give up the spot).
I would prefer to let someone else have a go; if a spot needs to be filled, I can do it (no preference on day).
Challenge Goals: *10 minutes of unplanned exercise five times a week *Gym time twice a week *Socialize at least once every two weeks.
May is not a good month for me either, sorry.

May is not a good month for me so I would rather give some others their chance.
And looking ahead, I can do June but not July. Going to be out-of-town a lot in July.
